Eastgate Square takes great pride in supporting our community!  

We offer the usage of our community booth FREE of charge to non-profit and/or registered charitable organizations on a first come, first serve basis that are based in the Hamilton and surrounding area.  Organizations must provide their registered charitable number or non-profit number.

Please note we reserve the right to refuse any request which it deems a conflict with the best interests of our merchants and/or shopping centre.  Space is allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

A Certificate of Insurance ($2 million in CGL commercial/comprehensive general liability and $3 million in excess liability). Minimum limits of $5 million. This is required.  See below the details needed on your certificate of insurance.
