Gift Cards

Eastgate Square Gift Cards are subject to a monthly maintenance fee which will be assessed automatically against the card in the amount and on the timing stated on the back of the card. The AMF* will continue each month thereafter until the gift card account has a zero balance. 

*Account Maintenance Fees (AMF)
Starting on the first day, of the sixteenth month after the card activation date, a non-refundable $2.50 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted each month from the card balance. A 3-month extension can be requested before these fees are charged, by contacting EML directly. A toll-free number can be found on the back of the card. If you receive this extension, these fees cannot be charged for an additional 3 months.

At the time of sale, the Gift Card will be accompanied by a cardholder agreement terms & conditions governing the use of the Gift Card. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

What if I want to return merchandise purchased on my mall gift card?

You must adhere to each store’s policy. Return policies vary between stores, we recommend you contact the individual stores directly regarding their return policy.

Can I make a purchase above the gift card value?

The cardholder may combine the use of the gift card with another acceptable form of payment at the store’s discretion. Be sure to inform the cashier prior to making a transaction.

Can you reload money on an Eastgate Square gift card?

No, Eastgate Square Gift Cards are not reloadable.

Are gift cards refundable?

Eastgate Square gift cards cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
